Discover our Bourbon Cassis speciality coffee, a rare 40kg nano-batch coffee direct from the Huila region of Colombia. This exceptional coffee is made from the Bourbon Cassis variety, harvested and selected by hand with the utmost care to retain only the ripest cherries. In order to obtain this unique flavour profile, the coffee has undergone a fermentation process called "honey lactic"; after an initial anaerobic fermentation, the second step is the addition of lactic acid bacteria from the fermentation of another variety called Geisha, then the beans are dried and rested.

This exceptional nano-lot, precisely roasted in our workshop, offers a unique and enchanting taste experience. Its subtle aroma and exquisite notes of honey, blackcurrant and chocolate will awaken your senses and take you on a delicious sensory journey. We recommend preparing it as filter coffee and you can also make excellent espressi.
