Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via Collisimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Parcels can also be sent via Relais Pickup La Poste or picked up by Click & Collect at the workshop (for the latter mode, please contact us to make an appointment and pick up your package). Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package with postage paid for all orders over 50 euros including tax. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but pay particular attention to its preparation. Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
