These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all sales of products presented on the www.houji.cafe website. The acquisition of a property through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these conditions of sale. HOUJI CAFÉS reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by Customer.

Each product is accompanied by a description established by www.houji.cafe. The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered.
Rates
Prices are displayed in euros (€) all taxes included and excluding postage. They are subject to French value added tax (except in the cases provided for in Article 262 ter I of the CGI and/or intended for certain Customers due to their geographical location), and any change in the legal rate of this tax will be reflected in the price of the products presented on the www.houji.cafe site on the date stipulated by the applicable legislative or regulatory text. Shipping costs
The contribution to shipping costs varies according to the carrier selected by the Customer when ordering, and its amount is indicated before the validation of the order. Payment methods
The price is payable when ordering. The bank cards accepted on the Site are as follows: Carte bleue, Visa, Mastercard. The Customer can also use his Paypal to pay for his orders on the HOUJI CAFÉS Site, which does not keep any information concerning the Customer's bank cards. The Customer's account will only be debited when the order is placed. At the Customer's request, he will be sent a paper invoice showing the VAT.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
