This coffee is almost exclusive to Houji, as it comes from a 70kg micro-batch of green coffee. It comes straight from the Huila region in Colombia.
Since 2021 our producer has set himself the goal of perfecting the techniques of post-harvest coffee processing, this nano-lot gathers the best coffee cherries carefully picked by hand. After 120 hours of anaerobic fermentation and a roasting adapted by Houji cafés, you will get chocolate, rum, and nougat notes in your cup.
